Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply head to our “Order Now” or “Our Latest” page to shop our current collection. Choose your treats, add them to your cart, and check out! For custom orders, head to the Contact page to get started.

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes! We currently ship select items across the U.S. All shipped items are carefully packed to ensure freshness and arrive ready for indulgence.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We do not offer traditional local pickups at this time. However, you can catch us at local Farmer’s Markets, Vendor Pop-Ups, and Community Events! Follow us on social media or check our homepage for upcoming dates and locations.

Q: How should I store my treats?
A: Our cookies and baked goods are best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. For extra freshness, you can freeze them for up to 2 months!

Q: How can I reheat my cookies for that fresh-baked gooeyness?
A: Pop them in the microwave for 8–10 seconds or warm them in the oven at 300°F for 2–3 minutes. Soft, gooey, and just like fresh from the oven!

Q: Do you offer custom treats for events?
A: Absolutely! We love creating personalized treats for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Reach out on our Contact page to start planning something special.

Q: What allergens are in your products?
A: Many of our treats contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts. All items are baked in a kitchen that uses these ingredients. We do not offer allergen-free baking at this time.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our items are edible and made to order, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Q: How far in advance should I order for an event?
A: For custom or large orders, we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your date and allow time for planning.
